ORIZONTE Ribagolfe Lakes & Oaks Golf Courses Cheap Tee Times, Samora Correia

Designed by Peter Townsend, in collaboration with European Golf Design, Ribagolfe Lakes (former Ribagolfe I) was designed to be a championship course of the highest standard. The course is set in a beautiful natural cork oak forest and, despite its 6,700 meters length, the par-72 layout is enjoyable to walk, being slightly undulating with small valleys. With five tees per hole, it is suitable for the majority of players and offers the opportunity to score well providing you can negotiate the wide, tricky greens and avoid the well-placed bunkers and numerous water hazards. A shorter test than Ribagolfe Lakes but still measuring more than 6,800 yards, Ribagolfe Oaks (formerly called Ribagolfe II) was designed by Michael King. Blessed with the same indigenous cork oak canvas, it's a more forgiving but equally appealing golf course with wider fairways and landing areas.
